Default Stella Cherry

I have a stella cherry and had lots of blossom this year. I did have quite a few cherries forming but now only have about 6......the birds have not got to them....any ideas what the problem could be?

The birds - before you're up and about! Crow scarers here start at
about 7am but the birds are out and about LONG before that!
