Hi all I assume this is the correct place for this type of thing.
Anyway my client's neighbour has this tree in her garden and my client wants on because it attracts all sorts of wildlife to it.
Ive tried several ID sites but none have come close
Any help would be most grateful.

General description - Height approx 2m- 2.5m, Width approx 1m
Branches seem to be growing from the bottom upwards that looks like a flame.
