Getting rid of a pong

The pong from an empty Chicken Pellet Bucket.

Superb bucket, but the pong :-((

Any suggestions? Seems a shame to throw such a super bucket away.

What do you want to use it for? If you're going to make jelly in it,
don't, but if it's for compost, or other gardening use, the pong
should soon disperse. *Leave it out to collect rainwater, and that
will absorb the aroma.

Try washing it out with a solution of Zoflora disinfectant.

Try filling with water that has bicarbonate of soda in it, not sure how good
on smelly buckets it is but it is the standard cure for smelly fridges.

Thanks Charlie, should have thought of that, a bit of BiCarb in a glass or
mug in the Microwave and boiled up to clean it :-))

The Microwave that is, not the glass or mug ;-)
