Nightshade

So I've been checking what I have and comparing to
black nightshade:
http://thebegavalley.org.au/uploads/...nightshade.jpg

and deadly nightshade:

So the poisonous one has bell shaped flowers rather than star shaped, and
has smooth edged leaves rather than lobed, yes?

I have these:

(apologies for size of image, didn't convert in case anyone had a strange
desire to zoom in!)

I've only been able to download a part of your image - it is too big for
my dial-up connection, but it looks like a weed I've got too. I don't
always spot it when it comes up amongst the runner beans because the
foliage looks vaguely similar. They are a pain to pull up too because
unless I pull them from the base of the stem they tend to break off at
ground level then push up fresh growth. They are a nuisance.

I'd guess black nightshade too.

Yes, it's black nightshade. Don't eat it, they're all poisonous.
