Hello
has anybody been suffering the dreaded blight this year

So far my few toms. and lots of pots. are clean

This is the only year in the last decade or so I have been clear

However many other disasters I could report

I think it's a bit early yet.
However, have a look at www.bligh****ch.co.uk
You can sign up to get an email when anyone reports blight in your
postcode area. I have already had warnings.
I usually pull or cut off the stems and leaves of my potatoes, leaving
the spuds in the ground for a while. One row already dug.
I have also had blight on tomatoes (outdoors) for about 10 years but
never yet on potatoes as I don't leave them in long enough.

I signed up for their reports, and I've had a few warnings of blight
here in North Cornwall.
