It looks like Coreopsis tinctoria, a not uncommon constituent of wild
flower mixes, but native to North America.

It looks like Coreopsis tinctoria, a not uncommon constituent of wild
flower mixes, but native to North America.

The foliage is indistinct in the photograph but the blooms look
similar to a form of chrysanthemum that I've seen online advertised as
something called "crazy daisies".

Agreeing with Davie that location and also date of photo would be
helpful as would be one showing the foliage a bit more clearly.

You might be thinking of crown daisy (Glebionis or Chrysanthemum
coronaria) or tricolor daisy (Glebionis or Chrysanthemum carinata).
(Googling for Crazy Daisy finds a lot of brand names for all sorts of
products and services, and a Shasta daisy (Leucanthemum maximum)
cultivar; the photo isn't of the last.

I took the photo this morning. About all I can tell you that I grew the
flower from a packet of seeds which
were sent me from the UK. No identification as to what they were.
