had dismantled the fire escape and some of it had gone the previous day. The
new owner took over at midnight. These photos were taken as follows ...

442 was taken because it was thought that they may came back to steal those
handrails, but they would now be entering private property

and sometime that afternoon they did. Their vehicle was blocked and the
police called.
