Council Compost
 

Our council shreds garden waste at the tip and composts it, later it sells
the compost in the 1 tonne bags. Has anybody tried it and how much plastic
is there in it from the black bags which have 'gone over the wall' with the
rest of the stuff?

If your council is elected and financed by local residents,
you probably have some right to ask this question (without
charge) and get an accurate reply.
