Forecast rain=0
Not one drop has fallen though it was 'promised' last night. There's a

Still raining, now up to 24 mm (0300 - 1300 ish). Just had a short heavy spell with the rate up to 24 mm/hr putting down a several mm in 15 minutes. That's the level at the gauging station down in town(*). ie the river is full but with depth of the channel and the fall it really has to chuck it down for quite a while before places get flooded. 44 mm @ 2300.
