I make no claims as to how good they are (and I don't know what you
consider cheap) but this might be worth a look?

This one is around £650 but there are some cheaper alternatives available

Charlie, been talking with a few people who like you and me do talks and
project and they ALL say, go for a cheap machine because of the cost of
replacement lamps. My first projector was quite expensive, but I lost it
when my garage was broken into and I had quite a few things stolen. No doubt
ended up at car boot sales and flogged for peanuts by some druggie from
elsewhere in the village.
