I don't know how this got in amongst my pots of alstromeria.
Anyone know what it is?

I have always known it as Smilacina racemosa, although I believe it is
now called Maianthemum racemosum. It looks like a cross between Lily of
the Valley and Soloman's Seal to me, but I'm not sure of its relatives.
