Making wine from Green grapes

It doesn't look as if most of the grapes on my outside vines are going
to ripen, unless we get 4 weeks of good weather, so I'm wondering if it
is possible to make wine from them by pressing them and adding sugar.
I probably have around 100 bunches or more and it seems a shame to have
to waste them.

It looks as though they're going translucent. Do they feel soft to the
touch? If so you can probably do something with them.

You really need to measure the sugar in the grapes to see how much
sugar to add. You can probably get a hydrometer quite cheaply. If the
reading is around 1040 then you'd need to add about 10oz. sugar per
gallon, though the wine would taste very sharp indeed. My grapes reached
only about 1055 this year and so I added about 5 oz. sugar per gallon.
