Default A mess of pottage

That was tonight's supper. But has anyone grown lentils? And was
it a success?

Regards,
Nick Maclaren.

No I haven't tried, although I eat them often but they are cheap to buy so I
didn't bother, and probably won't.
I bought a kilo of red lentils for 1.25 and some green lentils similar. I
rarely grow anything unless it makes it cheaper than in the shops.
