Freeze broad beans or dry them?
 

When storage space is important some of us freeze them and/or dry them.
I am on my dried ones now. They are "tough" cookies even when soaked.

I'd freeze if I ever had enough!

Strange as it may seem, I prefer them after they've been frozen to fresh
