Sumer at last? Lawn mowing.
 

After battling with a constantly growing lawn far further into the season
than usual, the growth seems to be finally slowing.

I've raised the mower blades two notches to try and avoid the burnt brown
effect that I am starting to see on lawns in the local area.

The grass is still growing strongly anywhere there is a little extra water
such as along the margins of paths where the water runs off onto the lawn.

Be a while until the lawn stops growing now.
