Default Burning hedge cuttings etc

This is on an industrial premises.

Are there any laws that say I can't use an incinerator to burn the
clippings from hedges etc?

This would be done in the evening when the estate is deserted so no
neighbourly complaints.

It's only illegal to have a bonfire if it causes a traffic hazard or
creates a nuisance to neighbours, and even then, they have to get an
abatement notice issued by your local council. If you continue to
create a nuisance with bonfires, you can be fined. See

Thanks, just that you don't see many fires these days and with the
issues of getting rid of cuttings from industrial premises it seems an
easy option.
