Ca anyone help? We have just acquired 1 ha in France but there is Japanese

Thanks

Use Goats to eat the tops and shoots and use pigs to grub out the roots. You won't get rid of it but you will control it.

every year cut off the fresh shoots. they can be peeled and eaten quite
