Pole Saw

Hi,
can anyone recommend an electric pole saw, please?
Probably £150. Corded or cordless.
I need to prune a rowan tree and some shrubs.
Thanks in advance!

I bought the Ryobi One+ polesaw last year - very happy with it so far.
It's cordless, and uses the same batteries as my Ryobi drills /
drill-drivers.

Thanks. That one seems very popular.

It's a bit of a handful when you have it at full extension, but you can
use the weight of the saw-head to your advantage by resiting it on the
branch you want to cut and letting gravity do the work.

You might want to make a small cut in the underside of the branch first,
if there's a danger of the branch tearing the bark of the trunk...

So far, it's an excellent piece of kit - very happy with it - and it
saves me messing about with ladders/stepladders.
