Default Pent Shed 8' x 6'

Bewildered by the variety. Lots of makers. Quite a few intermediaries.
Any recommendations? Any non-recommendations?!

I think I would like a pent roof to collect rainwater. I do not do much
work inside the shed (I have a useful extension). Inclined to go for
tanalised (anti-rot treatment).

Standing it on some sort of plastic bricks (the old one suffered from
"rising damp") such as "8' x 6' Shed Base Kit incl Weed Fabric &
TruePave Grids" from premierbarriers.co.uk

Not worried about installation. It is to replace an existing (30 yo)
shed which is composting itself.

As an aside, is it really necessary to paint Tanalised shed? I gather I
cannot do it for a while, and it is going to be hard to get to two sides
once it is installed. Natural wood effect is fine by me. I tend not to
use suppliers like Homebase/Wickes/B&Q for what seems to me an expensive
and specialised product.

I have looked at:

www.shedstore.co.uk
"8' x 6' Forest Epping Overlap Pressure Treated Pent Wooden Shed"

http://www.beastsheds.co.uk
"8x6 Apex Tanalised shed"

gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk/ "BillyOh Master Tongue and Groove Pent Shed"

shedswarehouse.com
"Aston (BS): 8FT x 6FT Reverse Pressure Treated Tongue & Groove Pent
Shed With 3 Windows + Side Door + Safety Toughened Glass"

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I can't help on shed type but I have a suggestion for how to prevent
floor rot. Cut a 600x600 paving slab into six 100x600, use postcrete to
concrete them vertically at the corner positions and half way down the
long sides, then get some suitable tanalised timber and bolt it to the
concrete posts, then sit the shed on these timbers. I did this a few
years ago and it was very cheap and quick to do, and also avoided the
need to level the ground; the airflow under the shed will prevent it
from rotting. Because I wanted a very firm floor I screwed some timbers
across the width of the lengthways timbers.
