Default Hepatica Nobilis (HPS)

Did anyone else have the Hepatica Nobilis seeds from The Hardy Plant
Society? I have a pot of seedlings but they are definitely not
Hepatica Nobilis. A bright clear green oval leaf, slightly velvety.

Last year a packet of Polemonium species turned out to be Penstemon
species. I didn't mind that and have some superb plants now.

No, let us know what they turn out to be. I'm pretty sure Hepatica
nobilis has to be sown absolutely fresh, so probably wouldn't work from
Seed Exchange seed.

I've had reasonable, sometimes good, results from exchange seed
of Hepatica. I always give it a long soak before sowing, up to
two or even three weeks and it can take a year to emerge, but
it's by no means the hopeless case it's often made out to be.
