feeding and seeding after scarifying

I have just scarified my lawns after putting down moss killer so now I
have got all the dead stuff out do I feed my lawn first and then
reseed the bare bits or seed it then feed it?

Also when I reseed do I just put the seed staright on the lawn or do I
mix it with some soil first.

Any tips appreciated thanks :-)

I just lightly fork the bare bits throw around the grass seed and
cover lightly with general compost and tread down, water well. I
don't feed until it is established a bit.

Good seed will be up in a week or so and cuttable in three.
