What should I do to encourage ripening? Our apricot tree is growing on a
south facing wall, and there is plenty of fruit whch is now a good size
but is still green and rock hard. When should it ripen and what, if
anything, can I do to help?

Sunshien and time. Lucky you I've had one crop in fifteen years ona
south-facing wall.
