Default What is the name of a flower

I have just been on a garden trek and seen a flower that looks
like a little wax bell. The flower itself stood about a foot high
and the bell was about an inch and a half long. There were some blue ones and pink ones but the owner did not know what they
were called and I wondered if anyone knows.

Google search on wax bell flower.
