can I still plant? Vines?

".... Grape vines (Riesling sylvaner and Black Hamburg are good in Britain;
or an ornamental form such as "Brandt", which has lovely autumn colour).
...."

Never heard of Black Hamburg producing any usable fruit without a
greenhouse.

There are other Wine varieties you can grow , look good and you may get a
usable crop after a few years.

Nevertheless, I have Black Hamburg ( South Devon ) and most years it will
crop
many pounds of grapes, though it produces really sweet grapes only with
decent
weather lasting into October; this year is looking good for a decent crop,
23
trusses, pea sized grapes at the moment.

Andy.
