As long as the lawn is growing strongly i.e. you are having plenty of rain.
The treatment relies on the weeds growing too fast and weakening themselves
so they die.
If the lawn is dry and dormant then it is not very effective.

a good time to scarify whilst it is dry u will remove more thatch it is ok
to weed and feed as long as you irrgate regularly
