help in selecting climber
 
i am looking to put a climber in the garden instead of a honeysuckle. does
the jasmine get the same sorts of problems as the honeysuckle ie
mildew/fungus.

It all depends what you want the climber to do.
If it's for quick cover the "Baby's Breath/Russian Vine" is good, if
it's for beautiful flowers you have the Passiflora's.

Jasmine is nicely scented, as long as you get a flowering variety and
I've always found it's growth is quite slow compared with other climbers.
