Why not look at his/her feedback ratings on e bay that is what they are
there for.

EBay have a rating system for sellers, based on feedback from the buyers.

Thnx fotr that.. I'm aware of how eBay works (I wouldn;t have asked
otherwise) but given his feedback of 100% I wasn;t expecting to have the
slight problem I have had.. Its not strictly his fault (P.O.'s) but
seems to be being funny about replacing plant that didn't get delivered.

Its still in 'progress' I hope.. I just wondered whether anyone might
have had any dealings with this particular place/person on eBay or
otherwise.

Cheers

In that case do give him time,
Trying to claim from the PO can be a hell of a job, and the last time I had
to do it took around 6 weeks to get them to agree to refund and costs.
At first all they offered was refund of the postage, and that was despite
having proof of postage form, which covers you for up to £20.00 value of
contents. I had to ask to talk to a Senior Manager, I am lucky I am close to
the Main sorting office so can go down and kick up a fuss.

I am not too bothered about the postage to be honest.. What I am
annoyed about is that the seller seems to have stopped communicating
with me.

I am left with no plant after having paid;-(

My point was that its the person who posts that has to claim from the PO,
and it can be a slow business.

If you have a postal address then why not write to him, keeping a copy of
the letter.
