Rowan tree cuttings
Hi everyone,
I want to try taking cuttings off a rowan tree that's probably going to die soon as its roots will threaten a building if not dug up. Has anyone ever tried taking cuttings from a Rowan tree? If so, how should I go about doing it? Thanks in advance for any tips. Regards, Stuart Forbes Edinburgh, Scotland |

If not on the tree, then on the ground around? This would be an extra safeguard, in case the cuttings didn't take. How huge is it? You could try a massive cutting back of top growth followed by moving. Unless, of course, it's not yours ;-) -- Kay Easton Edward's earthworm page: http://www.scarboro.demon.co.uk/edward/index.htm |
