Default dry dry dry

My garden already has massive cracks everywhere and plants are keeling over
for lack of water. It's only APRIL. I can't start wandering around for
hours on end with a hose for the whole year.

My water butt fills up occasionally but it doesn't really help much.

What should we do - stick to cactii?
