Default New wooden railway sleepers?

Hi,

sleepers are useful in the garden, but as the UK's railways
are effectively open sewers, old sleepers are filthy.

Can anyone tell me if new sleepers
are produced from certified sustainably
managed forests ("ethical wood")?

Thanks!
