As you can see I use a fictitious address to post. Maybe it would help
if you tried that. To view the groups I use Free Agent which is
brilliant. The main point is that I don't get much spam. When I do it
is usually someone trying to sell me heart drugs as the group I post
to most is 'cardiology'. Diana

spoofed and it is difficult to identify the real origins.

I suggest you just download the headers and use those as a filter,
only downloading the messages of interest.
