Default Automated Irrigation Control

Hi There,

I've recently been looking at Water Control systems for the automated
watering of my borders and lawn while I'm away on holiday. But in light of
the somewhat wet weather that we've experiencing recently, I suspect that I
should be looking for some device that can carry out the necessary functions
but only if it has not been raining. My question to the panel is - does such
a device exist or are is there any advice that someone could offer me.

Many Thanks

Dave
