When to transplant Fuchsia?

Subject says most of it. I'm rearranging part of the garden

Not now! But if you have to, you have to. I'd take cuttings as
insurance, cut it back a bit to stop the flowers for a while, move it
with the biggest possible rootball, and look after it well. They come
so easily from cuttings that it won't be a total disaster if this
doesn't work; but I've done similar things and got away with it,
because plants can't read.

You warned me the other day about occasional very low temps in
Cheltenham, so I assume this is a very tough fuchsia.

Mike.

Several "hardy" species which I've only been growing for a couple of
years and haven't seen seriously low temperatures. I always dry mulch
them over winter too.
