Default lupinus arborea cuttings

Can anybody please tell me how to take lupinus arborea cuttings, I took
softwood some time, they all immediately drooped their leaves and died.

Default lupinus arborea cuttings

As far as I know the only way to propagate Lupinus arborea is by seed.
I've never heard of successful cuttings.
