Default Couple of gardening software links

Just a couple of things that might keep you amused while your garden
is six feet under water or covered in bits of tree/buildings.....

" Description:
Grow'Em 2000 is plant-propagation software made freely available to
the public for personal use. It contains extensive and
well-illustrated information on propagating plants from seeds,
cuttings, by layering and other popular and lesser-known methods.
Exhaustive plant-specific information is provided for 1000-plus
entries in seven categories including fruits and vegetables, herbs,
trees and shrubs, cacti and succulents, and water plants. Composting,
fertilizers, raised beds and cold frames, lighting, row covers,
drainage and irrigation, grafting and other subjects are among the
subjects featured. 100-plus quality photographic images and numerous
sketches illustrate the text. This information is exhaustive: I know
of no other single resource, software or in print, that contains as
much specific propagating information as this program. Grow'Em is an
easy-to-use resource, easily searchable, and includes a
metric-to-standard conversion function. Grow'Em requires a system
running at least Windows 95, an SVGA card capable of at least 640 x
480 x 256 colour resolution (a true-colour display is ideal), and a
hard drive with at least 5 MB free. "

Quite hard to find this little app, and it may well disappear soon...

The next is a sort of virtual garden. Looks to be rather more in-depth
than a 'pop a flower here' simulator. Very educational.

Both programs are freeware.
