ball bearings inside. One of the wheels has collapsed and I have been

This is the last resort, I may have to replace the greenhouse just
because I can't find this little wheel.

Have you tried somewhere that sells wardrobes or sliding door makers.
I don't know if an indoor sliding door wheel would do, but it might be
a temporary solution.
