Are my pansies diseased?
 

Hi

I bought some winter pansies a couple of months ago and they haven't
flowered very much, now I've noticed that one tubful has brown spots all
over the leaves and another tub is starting to get that way - is this a
disease and what can be done about it at this time of year?
