fence (maybe OT)
 

hello, not sure if i'm posting in the right newsgroup but can anyone tell me
if i have 5ft high fence panels, how long should the posts be ? and how
deep a hole should i dig to put them in ? (total novice when it comes to
fence erecting, can you tell, lol)
The bit of garden i'm wanting to fence off is only 12 ft across so would
rather try and do it myself than pay some cowboy pots of cash i don't really
have to do it for me.
Hope someone can help and if so thanks in advance. Jackie.

The chap who runs the site used to be a regular contributor here, and his
common sense and humour are much missed. The bullsh*t got too much for him,
I think. You can't go wrong with his instructions - the web site is a real

No, it was basically that Real Life got in the way. He is now
