Does anyone know, please, how to remove the strimmer head on a Champion
petrol strimmer in order to replace the reel of plastic line etc.
We've been given one, engine ok, but can't remove strimmer head.

i'm sorry i cant help.but if you find out,could you please let me know as i have just bought one of these at car boot.works but cant get me head around the release for the head

i've sussed it.you have to undo the knob anti clockwise.maybe stiff,but it will loosen.hope this helps.
