Default slugs and snails traps

Hi,

I've been searching the newsgroup with google and read the FAQ about it,
but I'd still like to ask a question: I received the catalog from
greengardener.co.uk who sell what they call "the swedish slug and snail
trap". They claim that only one trap (and the special bait) attract them
from over 100sqm/120sqyds. Has anybody tried it? Is it really better
that teh classical plastic bottle/beer trap?
It is quite expensive (£25 with bait for 9 month), but I had so much
problems with them last year that I'm reday to spend any amount if this
garantee to solve the problem. I also tried the Nemaslug (parasite
nematods) but that was completely unsuccessful, probably because I
should have treated a much larger area and repetedly.

Many thanks for your comments

Philippe
