Default Eucalyptus gunnii shedding leaves

we have a 4/5 year old tree in our garden the leaves of which have started to turn brown and fall off.

Does anybody know what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance

They shed their old leaves in summer, so long as you can see new growth at
