February 2003 ~ Worldwide averages
 

As usual, I have included some averages and totals, for a selection of
locations from around Europe and the World. Follow the link below to 1.
Worldwide Reports Then select from the list headed 'Monthly Averages for
Various Locations'. The American ones will be included later today.

Again, this data is by no means official, just a guide taken from the months
decoded synops, where some data may have been missing.
