I have a jasmine (flowering at the moment). It is in a garden where I used to live. There is no problem about moving it with the current owner but when would be the best time to do this? Thanks if anyone could let me know

If you don't mind losing the flowers do it now, cut back hard, move the
plant with a decent root ball and water in well (don't let it dry out during
the rest of this summer)
should go away fine.
