Is this plant diseased?
 

Need help. A plant in my garden is being eaten (all leaves shrivelled) by this insect. Anybody help with name of plant or insect?

Dunno about the insect, but the shrub's a Spiraea billardii, I'd say.
Stand back: it's going to take over the world.
