It all depends on which Yucca it is you allude.

The common Yucca flaccida/Yucca filamentosa cultivars will not only survive,
they will form clumps so deep rooted you will never be able to eradicate
them.

The shrubby Yucca gloriosa, Y.recurvifolia and Y.aloifolia should also do
well.

The tropical Yucca elephantipes you can forget growing outdoor for long in
Georgia.

the ones i saw was in a pot with one tall and one short. they had a =
brown long bark with the long sharp leaves at the top.
