Default aminopyralid in manure again - damage to tomato plants

I enriched the soil in my greenhouse with a bag of commercial composted
horse manure before plating out 2 varieties of tomatoes. A number of
both varieties of the plants have the shoots distorted with leaves curled.
This looks like what happened 8 years ago when aminopyralid herbicide
was introduced but there is now supposed to a protocol in place to
prevent the herbicide getting in to manure - looks like it isn't working.
