Default Hydrangea paniculata

It appears that my "White Moth" has not survived the slugs (and
perhaps weather). I want a paniculata that is moderately upright,
can be pruned to stay 1.5-1.75 metres high, is reasonably happy
with partial shade and dry spells, and does NOT age to pink!

The last seems to be the trickiest bit, and I am not sure what
varieties meet the bill. At least Limelight (but it is greenish),
Kyushu and White Moth seem to, but Silver Dollar is described
both as aging to pink and not.

Can anyone advise on this?

Regards,
Nick Maclaren.
