No. Mike uses Windows Live Mail and doesn't know how, or can't be
bothered, to manually trim the .sig (including the '-- ' separator) of
the person to whom he's replying, so his reply is below their unsnipped
.sig.


Is this the way to do it?

Better, except your text ("Is this the way?") becomes part of the the
previous message (i.e. "No, Mike uses......."). If I knew anything about
Windows Live Mail, I'd offer advice
