The stems of some of my potted hydrangeas have drooped this year, its
almost as if the stems are not strong enough to support the blooms.
Suggestions please?
More water? Epsom salts?
They did dry out a bit one week we were away, could one dry spell leave
them permanently drooping?

Which is it, Mike? We usually find watering restores ours quickly but
some of the larger headed ones can become too heavy for their stems and
need a bit of staking.
