Well, she could do something on kitchen gardening and suitable ways
of cooking the produce, which I don't believe has been done before.
There are actually quite a few contributors to uk.rec.gardening who
would be suitable as guests :-)

Did "The Victorian Kitchen Garden" have any cooking, or was it entirely
gardening?
